Fawcett’s Garage named as one of Volvo’s top performers

•  Fawcetts named one of Volvo’s Regional Dealer of the Year for the second year running
•  Acknowledged as one of the top performers in the UK by the premium manufacturer
•  Award comes as Fawcetts report a 12% increase in year-on-year growth

For the second year running Newbury-based Fawcett’s Garage has scooped a Volvo Regional Dealer of the Year award, acknowledging the dealership as one of the top performers in the UK.

Located on Pinchington Lane, Fawcett’s Regional Dealer of the Year 2016 accolade was determined using key performance indicators from a variety of measures including new car sales, used car sales, parts and accessories sales and customer satisfaction.

The award comes as Fawcetts celebrate another fantastic year on the back of an already impressive 2015, with a reported 12% increase in year-on-year growth. As a result, the long-standing Volvo dealership is now recruiting for two new sales executives to join the team.

Having already increased its workshop capacity to help reduce customer’s service lead times, the two positions will help support the existing sales team to ensure the increase in customer demand for Volvo’s new models is equally met front-of-house.

Tim Day, Fawcett’s dealer principal, commented on the win:“This is a fantastic achievement for the entire team who work incredibly hard to deliver high levels of service to our customers. Having secured a Regional Dealer of the Year spot at the six month mark in 2016, to go on to win the full-year regional award too is a real testament to everyone at Fawcett’s, so we’re naturally delighted to be recognised for our efforts.”

As a reward, the premium manufacturer will be sending all of the top-performing dealers, including Fawcetts, to the spectacular Graubünden region of Switzerland, an area of outstanding natural beauty, for a well-deserved luxury break away for their efforts last year.
